As part of the process I started working on the rudders to make sure they fit properly. There were some gaps so I had to do some filing to make sure everything seats properly. Posted by Hello

I checked the positioning from all angles to make sure everything was just so. The next step will be tacking it down with 5 minute epoxy. Posted by Hello

The white disk is a jig that is included in order to get the nozzel positioned properly. Posted by Hello

The next step is positioning the running gear. As per the instructions I am just positioning things and not gluing. I had to do some additional filing to get everything set. The tricky part is making sure that the rudder shaft turns freely as to not put to much strain on the servo that will eventually control the rudders.  Posted by Hello
